Sammy Swindell in the #71 Bobby Davis Electric Sprinter on the inside, and the #38 Harry Torgerson Sprinter.
Through e-mail over the past few months viewers have decided that the #38 was probably Dick Forbrook or Roger Larson in the 78/79 seasons, with Dick getting the most ID's.

I had id this has being Ed French. I have several e-mails saying it wasn't Ed.
This was probably John Fry from Arlington, TX at Tulsa Fairgrounds Speedway in 76 or 77. I believe this was a very early spring race sometime in March.
