I believe I took this photo at the Labor Day Classic in 1977 at Knoxville Iowa.
I was at Bethany Missouri Fairgrounds on Saturday afternoon for the sprint races.
The dust was so bad they canceled the feature. after the first lap or two.
I believe they ran Knoxville Saturday night then Sunday and maybe Monday too.
I didn't not stay for the Monday race as I went to the ASA World Cup 400 at I-70 Speedway.
Don Reed says this was probably Jim "J.J" Riggins of Lincoln Nebraska in a Don Maxwell built Chassis.

Veteran Kansas City driver Dale Moore and Ken Stolfus owner (L) and the crew, after winning the B Main at Missouri Fairgrounds Speedway. This was possibly 1978.
I think they still called this the Missouri Nationals.
