Steve Lutkie Wichita the driver and Bill Bell from Dodge City the owner. They ventured on to the Missouri asphalt tracks several times in the late 70's. Bell's cars were fixtures in the central and western Kansas tracks through-out the 70's. Bell campaigning two late models, #6 and #8 for several years.
