I have had a couple viewers from NW Kansas write and say this might have been Don Lytle. Don was killed in a racing accident at the Hutchinson Fairgrounds in 1961.

How about this "Salina Hot Shoe" Bill Wilson. When one talks about the 60's and Salina racing. The name Billy Wilson is one that always comes up.

One of Everybodies favorite wins at the Hutchinson Nationals. At least for most of the fans in the stands back in 1966. Henry Ellington aboard the Angel Construction #76 winning the 1966 Hutchinson Nationals.
This was the year Gene Angel was killed in a traffic accident and Henry wheeled the #76 to victory.
